About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Licensed Sports team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy for our retail partnerships and selection expansion with professional leagues and collegiate properties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Insights and Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and analyze customer insights, sports team trends, and market segment data to inform data-based decision making and drive business growth.
  2. Product Development and Roadmap Strategy: Define and implement an iterative product development process, collaborating with category teams and other internal and external partners to deliver a product vision that meets customer needs.
  3. Product Requirements and Communication: Write complete and detailed product requirements and ensure clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, and development teams.
  4. Collaboration and Influence: Work cross-functionally with senior leadership and other stakeholders to influence product decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  3. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  4. Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  5. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  6. Experience as a product manager or owner.
  7. Experience owning technology products.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  2. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
