Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine drink menus.

Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service standards.

Provide recommendations based on guests' preferences and promote our signature cocktails.

Handle transactions and manage bar inventory effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high-volume environment.

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Certification in Responsible Beverage Service (preferred).
