Mixologist - Palm Beach Gardens

About the Role:
Sushi by Bou is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at our Palm Beach Gardens location inside PGA National Resort. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while creating memorable experiences through our handcrafted cocktail programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Impeccable Service: Ensure that every guest interaction is warm, welcoming, and attentive.
- Create Consistent Cocktails: Develop and execute our handcrafted cocktail programs, including the production of syrups and garnishes.
- Assess Guest Needs: Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, making recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Restock and Replenish: Maintain a well-stocked bar, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available to meet the demands of our guests.
- Foster an Excellent Guest Experience: Stay focused on providing exceptional service, ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression of Sushi by Bou.
Requirements:
- Experience with Handcrafted Cocktail Programs: A proven track record of creating and executing successful handcrafted cocktail programs, including the production of syrups and garnishes.
- Appreciation for Fine Food, Wine, and Spirits: A deep understanding and appreciation of fine food, wine, and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations to our guests.
- Positive Attitude and Excellent Communication Skills: A positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sense of Urgency and Quick Thinking: A sense of urgency and the ability to think quickly, making decisions that enhance the guest experience.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends, including night shifts.
- Japanese Whiskey Knowledge: Knowledge of Japanese whiskey is a plus, but not required.
