Join us. About the Team The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok.

The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.

The Creator Agency Partnerships team is responsible for identifying and recruiting agencies who align with the platform's target audience and e-commerce objectives, collaborating with MCN agencies to develop content strategies that resonate with the platform's users and drive GMV, facilitating collaborations between content creators and e-commerce brands to create sponsored content and promotions that drive GMV, and analyzing the performance of content creators to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future strategies. Responsibilities

  • Partner with strategy team and partnership managers and category teams to identify acquisition targets
  • Own lead generation, scaled and 1:1 acquisition strategy, to accelerate TikTok Shop content
  • Own incentive strategy that motivates agencies and creators
  • Work with key agencies and talent management agencies to onboard and incubate as part of our Creator Agency Partnerships Program
  • You will also own driving awareness for TikTok Shops Creator Agency Partnerships program through case studies highlighting successful partnerships.

Qualifications



Minimum Qualifications: -3+ years of related experience in sales or business development (influencer marketing agencies, talent/creator management agencies, or similar agencies preferred) -Experience building acquisition strategy (Affiliate or Influencer programs preferred)

-Experience developing effective instructions, pitch decks, and standard operating procedures to Experience driving deal framework with finance & cross-functional partners. -Strong knowledge and experience of the creator's economy -Experience in data-driven prioritization and decision making

-Team player, fast learner, open to changes Preferred Qualifications: -Strong connections with agencies preferred

Job Information



The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $143555 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
