Amazon Buy with Prime (BwP) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) are looking for a strong leader to help us continue to build our Agency relationships, leading a team of Agency Partner Managers. The Head of Agency Partnerships is the single threaded owner responsible for relationships with our largest agency and SI partners. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to build strategic partnerships with eCommerce agencies to increase BwP and MCF awareness, generate leads to our sales teams, and improve our merchants and shoppers experience. This is a critical role in a high-growth business that offer candidates the ability to create a vision and collaborate with senior leaders across Amazon and with key external agency partners.

Candidates must make data-driven decisions, achieve goals to accelerate growth, and have the ability to "think big" while prioritizing and delivering outstanding experiences to our agencies and customers. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective agency and solution provider partners. We focus on long-term growth and partner experience, which helps us better deliver to our customers and scale our products and offerings. This is a great opportunity for a driven leader to focus on building long-term strategic relationships, identifying new and unique opportunities for our organization, and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.

Candidates must have experience in scaling Agency partner teams in the eCommerce space, with a strong reputation and broad relationships with agencies. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented in order to achieve ambitious business targets.

Key job responsibilities
- Attracting, retaining and scaling top talent
- Mentor and coach Agency Partner Managers to identify and recruit agency partners who provide eCommerce service for sellers/brands
- Determine short and long-term goals and execution plans
- Create and implement programs and tools that increase team's business performance
- Drive strategic plans for the top agencies and SI partners
- Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities by assessing potential new seller acquisition impact
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and leadership, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Dev, Finance and Legal
- Drive strategic meetings with senior executives to help set program direction and priorities
- Impact product innovation through understanding and representation of customer/partners and industry trends/needs to ensure Amazon continues to provide a powerful and differentiated value proposition

MCF is a third-party logistics (3PL) solution that enables merchants to leverage Amazon's fulfillment network and team of experts to pick, pack, ship, and deliver customer orders from off-Amazon sales channels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
- 7+ years of eCommerce experience, including how companies leverage different technologies in DTC.
- Direct deal flow experience.
- Experience with consistently generating business: efficiently managing team's workload across a pipeline of unique projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to influence others internally and externally.
- Ability to excel as a self-starter in a fast-paced and fluid "startup" environment.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs while applying sound business judgment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $174,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288,200/year in our highest geographic market.
