Our US Content Agency Lead serves as the business leader responsible for building the foundation of the partnership business for TikTok Commerce in the US and serving sellers that are based outside the US.

This person will develop the go-to-market strategy, prioritize key initiatives, and build and manage a team. They will be responsible for driving the number of agency partners, managing the team to help improve seller and creator collaboration efficiency, and achieving better business results for both creators and sellers.
--- Responsibilities

  • Design the key content agency partnership strategy for TikTok Commerce
  • to define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches
  • Acquire and grow key agencies: support day-to-day operations and optimization and achieve business goals
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and develop operational / incentive programs for agencies to accerlate the growth of agencies and creators
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive key metrics growth, e.g. number of creators, number of content and quality of content
  • Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams
  • Hire and grow a strong team to drive growth and align with the business strategy

Qualifications



Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in e-commerce operation or agency management
  • 3 years of experience as a people manager of a significant team size
  • Effective communicator in both English and Mandarin, being able to convey complex content concepts in both languages, in a clear and compelling manner, ultimately driving successful client engagements.

Business proficiency in Mandarin will be required to bridge communication and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, agencies and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) etc.

  • A good team player, fast learner and open to changes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and strong connections with creators and agencies is preferred
  • Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming and social commerce is a plus

Job Information



The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $273600 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
