In this role, you will have an important part in our ever-growing business in supporting our President, CEO. This is on site, fulltime position.
Role and Responsibilities

Organize and schedule appointments in outlook calendar: zoom calls/meetings, screen calls
Create and process P

O's:
warehouse and factories, update P.O database
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports: sales/ ship/ open order/net sales
Develop and maintain a filing system: invoices, cost sheets
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists

Book travel arrangements:
company and personal
Provide general support to CEO and family members: pay bills, make medical appointments
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from managers.

Qualification & skills

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant experience in purchasing/buyer
Excellent math skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
