  • Communication: Proactively present ideas and information concisely, accurately, and clearly in both oral and written form.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with other peers, subordinates, and all levels of management to achieve divisional objectives and promote teamwork.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, team building, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic business environment.
