Key Responsibilities:

In a collaborative team setting, this role encompasses the following duties:

• Oversee staffing, management, performance assessments, task allocation, and conduct team meetings with the facilities group. 10%

• Analyze and generate reports to assist various Facilities sectors with essential operational data (e.g., contract conditions, monitoring service agreements, preventive maintenance) aimed at enhancing efficiency and minimizing expenses. Contribute to the formulation of operational and capital budgets. 30%

• Continuously document, assess, and refine business processes for all facilities-related support services. Provide recommendations and assist in process enhancements, training, and execution. 10%

• Offer project management assistance to Child Care Choices departments in alignment with the agency's strategic objectives related to the Facilities division. 10%

• Aid in the upkeep of the organization's fleet management system, including vehicle acquisitions and maintenance. 10%

• Support the creation and execution of asset and inventory management initiatives. Conduct regular audits, report outcomes, and suggest improvements. 30%

Job Specifications:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of supervisory or project management experience, particularly in facilities oversight.
  • Professional/Technical Certifications: Not applicable.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Bilingual: Not required.
  • Travel: Valid automobile insurance, current driver's license, and DMV clearance required. Minimal travel within the state.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time. Must be available to work any day and serve as an on-call representative for facilities. May need to respond to emergencies or maintenance situations to ensure business continuity.
  • Work Environment: Combination of office and manual/physical work, both indoors and outdoors. Must be capable of regularly climbing ladders and step ladders, occasionally pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Background & Health Clearance Requirements: Not applicable.
