We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Representative II.In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales orders from customer purchase orders and responding to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and order delivery schedules. You will also serve as first-tier escalation for purchase order discrepancies and partner issues while being the voice of Clear-Com to the customer throughout the order-to-delivery cycle. In this position, you also be supporting Inside Sales activity and will be responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) by providing logistical support, maintaining system quotations, updating designs, and ensuring CRM data completeness and accuracy.

What you will do in the position:

Order Entry

  • Performs accurate entries of domestic and international orders.
  • Processes and managers quote orders.
  • Enters RMT's for credit and DOA AWR's.

Inventory Management

  • Adds detailed notes for specific parts within ERP.
  • Utilizes BOM diagrams within ERP system and contributes as a spare parts identifier for team.
  • Identifies inventory levels within ERP system and quotes accurate lead times to RSMs and partners.

Order Management

  • Creates international accounts within ERP systems.
  • Adds notes and flags accounts as required within ERP.
  • Creates Country of Origin and Certificate of Conformance documents

General Sales Support

  • Checks group mailbox spam filters.
  • Trains Tier 1 and 2 Sales Support Reps on processes and practices.
  • Tracks activities within CRM including phone calls and e-mails.
  • Manages cases assigned within CRM and action all cases within 24 hours
  • Attaches PO's within ERP system.
  • Answers/transfers/conference phones.

What you will need to succeed in this position:

  • 3+ years of related Customer Service and Sales Support experience.
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Clear-Com ERP program.
  • Aptitude to learn and understand the Clear-Com/HME Export Compliance program.
  • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Multi-tasking, problem solving, organization, and analytical ability.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and documented procedures.
  • Aptitude to develop technical expertise and knowledge of Clear-Com products.

Pay Range: $21.85/hour - $29.13/hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
