Key Responsibilities: Address the requirements of sales representatives and manage customer accounts. Verify customer orders, pricing, and processing details. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and manage returns. Supervise shipment schedules to guarantee timely deliveries. Provide marketing materials to accounts as necessary. Collaborate with departments such as accounting, logistics, and marketing. Adjust sales credits and/or sales orders as needed. Establish new customer shipping addresses. Prepare weekly backorder lists for operational planning. Participate in scheduled customer and sales meetings. Process purchase orders efficiently. Conduct forecasting based on customer demand. Generate and compile weekly reports for Sales, Account Managers, and clients. Maintain regular communication with customers, develop promotional activities, and monitor account inventories and sales metrics. Work collaboratively with Sales, product managers, logistics providers, and customers to ensure timely shipments. Coordinate with Warehouse and Accounting to ensure timely order fulfillment and follow up on product returns. Additional duties may be assigned as required by management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 2-3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office setting, which may involve prolonged periods of sitting.

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
