Our Opportunity:

Chewy is hiring an enthusiastic, self-starting Program Manager to join our Retail Operations - Vendor Experience Team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering initiatives that will improve Chewy vendor experience.

A successful candidate will have a proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and implement high-level program initiatives to organizational objectives.

The Program Manager's primary function on the team will be to coordinate and accelerate cross-functional projects, improve processes, and be accountable for delivering against established business goals. This individual will own the vendor merger and acquisition process from end to end, accelerating the completion of existing projects with cross functional teams while consistently identifying bottlenecks and recommending process improvements to stakeholders and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal & written communication skills, strong prioritization capability, and the ability to analyze & communicate complex problems to internal and external stakeholders in an ambiguous environment. A successful candidate is expert at managing their time well and demonstrating a solution-oriented approach to business problems.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage timelines and deliverables with multiple stakeholders
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Develop program procedures for evaluation and improvement
  • Improve and implement process improvements to accelerate project completion
  • Measure & monitor KPIs and ROIs

What You'll Need:

  • Completion of a BS/BA degree
  • Two or more years of experience in program/project management
  • Exceptional skills in time management/prioritization, communication, and organization
  • Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and process-improvement mindset
  • Proven experience in managing stakeholders
  • Expert in Excel
  • This position may require travel

Compensation & Benefits:

Our pay range for a Program Manager position is $95, $152, The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
