About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to drive strategic and highly visible product compliance and security programs at Snowflake Computing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering important programs with broad organizational, business, and technical impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Provide cross-functional leadership with Engineering and Product Management to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
  • Technical Expertise: Bring strong, data-driven, and strategic technical judgment to decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Software Engineers across various teams and Product Managers to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Amplify your impact by educating and mentoring the TPM and Engineering communities on program management best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the execution of the organization as a whole, to increase engineering productivity through tools and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of industry experience with technical subjects and emerging technologies.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Compliance & Security concepts, experience driving cross-functional projects, building longer-running programs, and interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to influence without authority, and build cross-organizational support, cooperation, and action around security initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cybersecurity: Experience with cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and principles.
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Teamwork: Successful experience working, collaborating, and establishing credibility and relationships with leadership, colleagues, and clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt, to be flexible, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
