ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hungry, dynamic, and innovative individual to join our field marketing team supporting the North America region. You will work closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to build campaigns that improve funnel dynamics, accelerate time to close, and build customer engagement.

These initiatives should be part of a larger, integrated marketing campaigns that focus on: events, trade shows, roadshows, summits, partner sponsorships, videos, webinars, etc.

You will be a key contributor working with the broader marketing team to develop a plan drive focused on driving meetings and engagement across both new and existing segments of the business. You will ensure there is strong sales, marketing and services alignment for all of the campaigns you run. Additionally, you will have a strong focus on broadening the Orca brand, campaigns and event strategies that drive marketing qualified leads, while meeting your regional sales objectives. Successful candidates will have a regional marketing focused background and a can-do attitude.

As part of the job you'll

  • Build regional plans in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Plan and execute tailored events for specific regions, customers and reps that are targeted towards need, industry, stage, title, etc
  • Create clarity for all workflows and functional teams
  • Operate transparently and build partnerships with all areas of the company
  • Manage processes, teams, and schedules to deliver events on time
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to bring together exciting content for all events.
  • Develop strong partnerships with sales and marketing teams and others to build consensus and align goals and activities
  • Utilize 6Sense, Marketo and SFDC to help build your strategy and execution.
  • Research and assess best practices and comparative reviews of competitor, industry, and leading events and programs
  • Manage events in the field to ensure we deliver the best possible Orca experience and results
  • Leverage your creativity to bring the left and right brain aspects of your planning to life
  • Accountable for measuring campaign impact at an account and regional level
  • Ability to ideate, build and implement campaigns that drive pipeline growth
  • Formulate creative ideas and approaches to optimize cost effective pipeline acceleration activities across different prospect segments and personas - as well as help develop and execute
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in developing account based marketing programs leveraging events to ensure a share of wallet increase for selected accounts.
  • Support the development of integrated marketing programs for key markets and enterprise segments

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering event programs for customers and prospects preferably in the software or related industries
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels of an organization via presentation, written, and spoken channels
  • Successfully lead several complete events or diverse work streams from initialobjective setting through brainstorming, development, and deployment
  • Desire to thrive in rapid growth, fast-paced environment; ability to adapt well to change and act with urgenc
  • Bachelor's in business or related field (preferred)
  • Must embrace working fast, and developing the right balance of getting work done tactics with team building and team synergies Bias for Action
  • Experience in the SaaS industry preferred

Travel is approximately 30%
