Assist in planning and conducting investigations to identify potentially responsible parties (PRPs) at Superfund sites for the purpose of obtaining their performance of and/or payment for response actions.
In collaboration with other site enforcement team members, assist in preparing a variety of documents needed to develop and resolve (i.e., settle or litigate) enforcement cases against PRPs.
