Position Summary:

  • Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the environment within Perioperative Services.
  • Scope of work encompasses approximately 219,553 square feet, including various operating rooms, labor and delivery areas, and instrument processing zones.
  • Enhances patient care by fulfilling environmental standards, sanitizing surfaces, and aiding in patient movement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures environmental cleanliness and adheres to infection prevention protocols.
  • Prepares cleaning agents, manages waste and linens, and maintains floors and equipment.
  • Conducts post-operative cleaning, organizes operating room setups, and supports patient care activities.
  • Assists in the transportation of patients and materials within Perioperative settings.
  • Operates various equipment while complying with safety regulations.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience is required.
