Position Summary:

With over 3000 employer members, covering nearly 1 million Americans, we are the nation's largest benefits captive community. We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Senior Manager/Product Marketing Senior Manager to be at the forefront of transforming how we engage and empower our consultant partners, employer members, and sales teams. We are looking for someone who enjoys partnering with Sales Teams and has had a track record of successful sales enablement strategies. This role is designed for a dynamic individual with a strong background in B2B sales enablement, particularly within healthcare broker/channel marketing. This role will report to the Head of Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development: Develop compelling messaging and sales enablement materials that drive customer behavior to meet business goals.

Sales Enablement and Strategy: · Spearhead the development of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and refined messaging strategies tailored to meet business objectives.

Campaign and Event Development: Create comprehensive sales enablement materials that empower the sales team and enhance overall effectiveness. Conceptualize and implement a 'Meeting in a Box' toolkit to optimize the preparation and follow-up processes for events, webinars, and regional meetings.

Channel and Relationship Management: Develop channel marketing strategies to educate and build relationships with our consultant partners. Deepen engagement with high-value accounts by launching new account-based marketing programs.

Sales Enablement Tech Stack Deployment & Analytics: ·Successfully launch and manage a comprehensive sales enablement tech stack. This system should serve as the central repository for all sales enablement materials, ensuring consistency and accessibility across the sales organization. Implement a weekly reporting mechanism to track and analyze engagement and business impact with a goal of increasing future accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales enablement experience, specifically within the healthcare sector and involving broker/channel marketing.
  • Experience in enterprise/channel marketing within a digital health or similar organization
  • Strong management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be willing to travel at least 25% of the time to meet business needs.
  • Experience with Seismic or Highspot is a plus
  • BA/BS in marketing or equivalent combination of work experience
