The Marketing & Communications division at TransPerfect is seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist to enhance our solutions marketing initiatives across various sectors, including Gaming, Media, DataForce, Live, and Learning.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a marketing capacity, demonstrating strong creative abilities and resourcefulness in planning, management, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, strategize, and execute impactful brand marketing campaigns.
  • Create visual content such as event materials and digital marketing assets by collaborating with graphic design teams and utilizing design platforms.
  • Craft compelling copy for marketing materials and promote through various channels including social media and email marketing.
  • Utilize project management tools to oversee processes, budgets, and tasks, as well as lead generation activities.
  • Provide analytical insights and reports to senior management regarding marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key suppliers to maximize the value of partnerships, both financially and in service delivery.
  • Manage the financial aspects of campaigns and events, ensuring efficient use of resources while delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align brand marketing efforts with growth strategies.
  • Establish KPIs and continuously seek improvements for each campaign.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure all objectives are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of proven marketing experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with trade shows or large-scale promotional campaigns.
  • Background in brand management and development.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time.
