Position Summary:

As an Anytime Fitness Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach (FC), you will have a crucial role in assisting our members to "get to a healthier place." We seek a devoted FC with the expertise, abilities, and skills to devise and execute safe and efficient exercise routines for individuals of all backgrounds. You will inspire positive lifestyle modifications and help our members achieve enduring, sustainable results.

Your duties will involve fitness consultations, personalized training sessions, group workouts, virtual training, and other program opportunities as considered appropriate by the club. Building strong connections with members to boost retention is a fundamental aspect of this position. Exceptional customer service skills are highly valued, and we require our FCs to provide a customized experience to all individuals they engage with.

In addition, trainers will aid in maintaining the club, sales and marketing endeavors, and proactive outreach to inactive members to ensure their continual involvement.
