Key Responsibilities:

We seek skilled Respiratory Care Specialists who embody the Select Medical philosophy, emphasizing patient-first care and community well-being. Your role will include:

  • Assessing patient conditions and devising suitable treatment strategies.
  • Delivering respiratory support to individuals with intricate medical and surgical issues.
  • Executing the insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
  • Advancing continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Educating and guiding patients and their families.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required by start date.
  • Current state licensure is mandatory.
  • ACLS certification is required for Agency RT upon first shift; PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one year of relevant experience is preferred.
