The Role and What You'll Do:

The Senior Director of B2C Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing the consumer marketing strategy for the FIFA World Cup 26TM Official Hospitality program. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in B2C marketing, exceptional strategic thinking, and a passion for soccer. The Senior Director will drive consumer engagement, increase brand awareness, and maximize hospitality sales through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

· Develop and implement comprehensive B2C marketing strategies to promote the FIFA World Cup 26TM Official Hospitality program to a fan audience.

· Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional advertising.

· Oversee the development of compelling marketing materials and content that resonate with target consumer audiences.

· Utilize data analytics and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

· Manage the B2C marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving a high ROI.

· Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the marketing team, encouraging new ideas and approaches.

· Represent the B2C marketing function in cross-departmental meetings and contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the hospitality program.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders and partners to maximize marketing efforts.

You Have These:

· Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably within the sports, hospitality, or events industries.

· Experience working on large-scale sporting events or global marketing campaigns.

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful consumer marketing campaigns.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and influencer.

· Strong understanding of upper funnel, awareness-building marketing channels, including OOH, PR, brand partnerships, podcasts, etc.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

· Knowledge of emerging B2C marketing trends and technologies.

· Experience with data analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.

· Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.

· Highly creative and eager to build innovative consumer marketing strategies that deliver on ambitious revenue targets.

· Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

· Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

$131,250 annually
