We are currently looking for a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to enhance our residential and inpatient programs.

Work Schedule:
Weekend coverage for Health and Physical assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health and physical assessments for new admissions.
- Prescribe and manage medications for clients upon admission or throughout their treatment.
- Supervise the care of patients requiring medical stabilization, including necessary transfers.
- Provide education to patients and their families as needed.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in conducting health assessments is required.
- Experience in an inpatient care setting is preferred.
- Must hold a valid Advanced Nursing license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Current CPR Certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of general and psychiatric nursing processes, therapeutic relationships, age-specific growth and development, and crisis management techniques.
