responsibilities:
Read and understand hydraulic schematics.

Assemble hydraulic components such as hoses, fittings, check valves, filter blows, accumulators, etc.

Evaluate the condition of hydraulic components and make use or replacement decisions.

Organize and maintain accurate test setups across product lines.

Collaborate with hourly test technicians, team leaders, and manufacturing engineers to define proper and safe test setups.

Update process plans with test setup parts lists, test setup pictures, and test setup instructions.

Generate and place orders for tooling and test setup components.

Maintain oil storage for use in the test stands.

Support Eaton continuous improvement initiatives such as Rapid Improvement Events, Standard Work Events, Value Stream Mapping, and 5S+.

Conduct time studies to establish or verify standards for test setups.
