We're looking for a uniquely qualified patient services/front desk coordinator to join our team of experts. We've been operating the North Portland Wellness Center since 2007 and have a well-functioning large clinic.

We are very professional and run a tight ship but are also real humans and provide a warm and comfortable working environment.

In this role, you will be the communications hub of the clinic so need to have a good balance of genuine warmth with our patients and super tight attention to details/organization skills.

This position will be approximately 25 hours per week.

Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of recent and relevant experience in a medical office environment or the equivalent in experience and education.

Administrative and insurance knowledge is a big plus.

Hours:
Monday 10:30-7:30

Tuesday-Thursday 2:00-7:30pm
