WesPro JCB Inside Sales Representative

Qualifications
At least 2 years of parts and/or service experience (preferably in the equipment rental industry or at anProven experience in inside sales, preferably in the equipment industryStrong customer service skills and a customer-centric approachExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyProficient in using CRM software and MS Office SuiteStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the industryThis role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing product information, and closing salesRespond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, emailMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customersIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutionsProvide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricingPrepare and process sales orders accurately and efficientlyFollow up on quotes and leads to convert them into salesCoordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of equipmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersHandle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessaryEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systemsProvide regular sales updates to managementStay updated on product knowledge and industry trends JCB is an equal employment opportunities (EEO) employer in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
