We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales/Recruiting Representative to join our team at Weichert, Realtors - The Collective. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Screen and schedule prospective sales candidate appointments for unlicensed, newly licensed, and current real estate agents and teams.
- Develop and execute full social media and text campaigns to attract top talent.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Participate in live tradeshow agent events, real estate events, and career luncheons to build relationships and identify potential candidates.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM system, including daily and weekly sales tracking and reporting.
- Meet and exceed weekly sales goals, while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
- No real estate license required, but a strong understanding of the industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and phone skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Desire to grow and develop a career with a dynamic and expanding organization.
