Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen and schedule prospective sales candidate appointments for unlicensed, newly licensed, and current real estate agents and teams.
  • Develop and execute full social media and text campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Participate in live tradeshow agent events, real estate events, and career luncheons to build relationships and identify potential candidates.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM system, including daily and weekly sales tracking and reporting.
  • Meet and exceed weekly sales goals, while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • No real estate license required, but a strong understanding of the industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Desire to grow and develop a career with a dynamic and expanding organization.
