Position Summary

The Technical Inside Sales Representative serves as a vital link between our organization and our clients. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities that involve direct engagement with designated customer accounts and collaboration with internal teams. As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you will utilize various computer systems to address customer inquiries and manage sales orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal abilities across various communication channels, including face-to-face, phone, and email interactions, while maintaining proficiency in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Interpret and convey technical specifications effectively, ensuring clear communication with both internal teams and clients.

Position Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant education or experience is preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in inside sales or customer service within an industrial context, ideally related to valves and flow control products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP/MRP systems is advantageous.
  • Comprehension of industrial manufacturing environments is essential.
  • A well-organized individual with strong documentation capabilities.
