Business Development Representative

Granite Networks is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team in Royal Oak, Michigan. This is an outside sales role that requires a professional demeanor, and a solid understanding of general technology used in business settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and C-suite executives.
- Negotiate and close sales, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Excellent listening abilities and a drive to assist others.
- Capacity for self-motivation and independent work.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal interactions.
- Knowledge of standard business technology.
- Background in B2B sales, ideally within managed services.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary, plus uncapped, annuity-based commission with no sunset.
