Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Michael Lantzy - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage
  • Present insurance proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up on policy renewals
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Obtain necessary insurance licenses to comply with state regulations
Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
