Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Account Executive to join our team. As a Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Comcast's Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses. You will create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate your knowledge of Comcast's latest products and services. Your goal will be to promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer and exceed departmental financial and unit targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast's positioning and brand.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
  • Acquire new customers for Comcast's Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services.
  • Generate new leads through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Focus on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
  • Identify areas for improvement through a consultative process to enhance customers' ability to communicate effectively.
  • Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service, and related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly quota performance and above.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Comcast's products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
  • Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
