Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing calendar and content production across team
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Project management for marketing emails (built and sent by University’s CRM team)
  • Apply and adjust design for projects using existing InDesign templates
  • Use Photoshop to resize, crop, and make other basic edits to images
  • Pull and segment data from alumni and donor database (Advance/Qlikview)
  • Use data to create and test variables for personalized and effective outreach
  • Track key metrics like open/click rates, conversions and report on results
  • Write, proofread, and copyedit content for marketing emails and other projects


Essential Skills

  • Project management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with InDesign program and Photoshop
  • Strong writing, copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills for digital platforms
