Job Summary:
The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer orders, overseeing delivery logistics, and handling customer inquiries. This role involves supporting end-users and dealers, processing invoices, and contributing to departmental improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders from e-commerce and dealer channels, ensuring accuracy.
- Handle incoming calls about order status and delivery, and forward technical queries.
- Process invoices, ensuring order accuracy.
- Cross-train to back up other positions.
- Review data and suggest improvements to enhance customer value.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field; will consider combination of coursework and experience
- Experience: 2-3+ years of related customer service experience within a manufacturing environment
- Functional Skills: Solid understanding of multi-level bills of materials and the logistics process; Previous experience with freight logistics; extremely detail-oriented, ability to set priorities and balance multiple tasks; accurate with large amounts of data/work; solid ability to problem solve and work collaboratively with others to ensure orders are accurate and processed timely
- Technology Aptitude/Skills: Proficient with MS Office; Previous ERP experience required; Oracle experience highly preferred; Strong technical aptitude
