Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
Indy Leasing dba Aarons is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer transactions, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to customers in-store and over the phone, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions, including accepting payments, processing order forms, and updating customer information in our computer system.
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers, and work with the sales team to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain the appearance and organization of the customer transaction counter and showroom floor, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:

- Excellent Telephone Etiquette: Possess excellent telephone etiquette to effectively communicate with customers over the phone.
- Strong Sales Skills: Possess strong sales skills to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
- High Energy Level: Possess a high energy level to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Able to Lift 50 lbs: Able to lift 50 lbs. to move equipment and merchandise as needed.
