Title: Office Coordinator

Pay Rate: $21.00 - 23.00hourly

Work Location: Fully onsite in San Francisco, CA

Duration: 11 month contract role with a possibility of extension or conversion

Schedule: 40 hours week // M - F 9am-5pm

Start Date: January 6, 2025


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome and check in visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving packages.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in key areas, including the mailroom, copy room, swag storage, and kitchen.
  • Stay on top of weekly office supply orders, lunch orders, and Zendesk ticket requests.
  • Ensure the office operates efficiently by supporting internal operations, facility needs, and general administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members and support internal processes to create a positive workplace environment.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years in office management, facility coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in time management and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with facility management or administrative tools is a plus.
