We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Destination Sitters. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our corporate headquarters, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
Coordinate company calendars and data entry
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
