Administrative Assistant


Pride Health is hiring an Administrative Assistant for one of its clients in Missouri.

This is a 3-month contract with a possible extension with competitive pay and benefits.


Location – Kansas City, Missouri (64108)

Pay range - $22- $28 per hour.

Length of assignment – 3 months (With possible extension)

Shift – Mon- Fri – 8:00 am -4:30 pm


Job Summary

They are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their executive team. This role requires a professional with extensive clerical experience and the ability to interact effectively with C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


Job Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and other staff members or external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate and support special projects as assigned by senior management.
  • Ensure all administrative functions are carried out efficiently and effectively.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible clerical or secretarial experience, preferably in a C-suite environment.
  • Experience providing administrative support to Chief Operating Officers (COO) or Chief Executive Officers (CEO).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
