Position Overview:


The Executive Administrative Coordinator will deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the department, which includes drafting and typing standard correspondence and reports, executing administrative projects such as developing and maintaining databases, arranging travel logistics, documenting and transcribing meeting minutes, aiding in the preparation of various materials for meetings, scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing the department's filing system, and handling accounts payable and receivable tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the department.
  • Manage office communications, including phone, fax, and email.
  • Conduct accounting activities, prepare expense reports, assist with capital equipment requests, and procure office supplies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
