Office Manager

We are a progressive, locally owned firm of Certified Public Accountants offering a wide variety of auditing, consulting and tax services looking for an office Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Human Resources: Coordinate employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and handle HR-related queries. Conduct exit interviews and maintain personnel files.
- Client Interaction: Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage various projects to support the firm's operations and strategic goals.
- Marketing Support: Work with marketing teams to execute key initiatives and maintain the firm's online presence.
- Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in office management, preferably within a CPA firm or similar environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite1
