Kentucky Right to Life and Educational Foundation is seeking an experienced Office Management Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive director and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Description:

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative support to the executive director, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about administration and wants to make a difference in the pro-life movement. We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and are open to negotiating salary based on qualifications and location flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and overseeing IT infrastructure.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive director, including preparing correspondence, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, donors, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products, QuickBooks, and other relevant software applications.
