About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Stock Yards Bank and Trust. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations and supervising staff to achieve assigned goals.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of retail banking experience, with a focus on lending and customer service. You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, opening new accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day branch operations
  • Supervising staff and providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Leading by example and promoting a commitment to service excellence
  • Collaborating with other teams to drive business growth and development

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA in Business preferred
  • 3+ years of retail banking experience, including lending and customer service
  • Proven supervisory experience and strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
