Account Executive

The Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for finding new business in addition to building, maintaining and improving existing client relations. The AE will be working in conjunction with the Project Director and Operations Manager to oversee the event crew, operational elements, and client's expectations while at show site. the AE helps to ensure successful and profitable execution of projects from signed sales proposal to final invoicing. Analyze material, equipment and labor requirements, coordinate the fulfillment of these requirements, and communicate an execution plan to the Project Manager, Production and Operations department.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Creating New Accounts: Work to make new accounts by doing the following:
- Work, solicit and secure business for KFC through a proactive, consultative sales approach, while utilizing KFC sales process and standards.
- Manage and direct KFC sales process through proper utilization of the CRM system
- Obtain and identify new business opportunities, proactively contact customers, enter data into the CRM database and create professional bids and proposals by actively using KFC systems, resources, and marketing tools
- Utilize an understanding of costs associated with sales, including; labor, commission, materials, and equipment, outsourcing and work within established profitability guidelines
- Presentations and site visits
- Event Planning: Work in conjunction with the Project Director to:
- Generate timelines, schedules and drawings
- Maintain focus on client needs by attending client meetings, creating and maintaining organized show files, and responding to client concerns, questions, and problems
- Assist the sales team to help determine the best solutions for assigned projects
- Supervise the creation of CAD documents and renderings that are accurate and convey the intent of the design and projects
- Relationship Management: Be responsible for:
- Accepting existing accounts which will be assigned per leadership discretion
- Leading KFC Team efforts to cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors and business partners
- Meet client needs through attending client meetings, creating and maintaining organized show files and responding to client concerns, questions and problems
- Take an active role in KFC customer satisfaction score results
- Up to 50+% travel may be required
