Our client, a growing beauty brand, is looking for a Key Account Sales Executive to join their team


In this role you will be focusing on the Food, Drug, and Mass (FDM) & Discount Channels. This candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring brands beauty products are well-represented and effectively marketed within these channels.


Must have a passion for beauty products and a proven track record in sales and account management.


Location-Onsite in Glendale, CA

Salary-Up to $90K DOE


What you Will Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key

accounts within the FDM & Discount Channels to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

• Create and implement strategic sales plans tailored to each

account, focusing on maximizing product placement, promotions, and overall sales performance.

• Maintain a deep understanding of brands beauty product lines and effectively communicate their benefits to buyers and store managers.

• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the FDM & Discount Channels.

• Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to develop and execute promotional activities and ensure optimal product placement.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Provide exceptional customer service to accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing,

product development, and supply chain to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

• Travel as necessary to meet with key accounts and attend industry events and trade shows.


Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years within the

beauty wholesale & retail industry and specifically within FDM & Discount

Channels.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and data.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint) and CRM software.
