Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare provider that is seeking a hands on Director of Revenue Cycle that will take initiative to learn how to pull reports, share when there are problems to executive leadership, handle their system implementations, and create a regionalized system. You will not be bored in this role with all of their projects and growth plans to expand within their existing states and enter new markets

Desired Skills, Qualities and Experiences:

  • 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management leadership experience.
  • Experience managing 50+ FTEs in all aspects of revenue cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience communicating with executive leaders and physicians, and discussing issues and initiatives.
  • Preferred: Financial background – has a working knowledge of how billing and collections translates to finance, understands contractual allowances, accounting and finance.
