Overview

Radarsign, a leader in traffic management technology, is in search of a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with an extensive background in managing sophisticated software, hardware, and engineering projects. This critical role demands a seasoned professional with a demonstrable history of successful product launches and effective cross-functional team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical knowledge and exceptional coordination skills to drive the successful rollout of an innovative new product.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage all facets of technical performance, ensuring seamless integration, rigorous testing, and verification to produce superior quality products that meet or exceed project expectations.
  • Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, ensuring innovative solutions are developed and executed promptly.
  • Exhibit advanced leadership, fostering a motivational environment and steering high-performing teams toward exceeding project objectives.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with Leadership, Engineers, Product Managers, Marketing and Sales teams, to deliver a synchronized product launch.
  • Authoritatively manage and optimize project resources, ensuring the project adheres to scope, interfaces are effectively managed, and performance benchmarks are met.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales, ensuring product positioning and launch strategies are fully aligned with market dynamics and sales objectives.
  • Assist in defining and refining project and product specifications, scope, and timeline, providing expert recommendations to optimize the budget and resources.
  • Conduct thorough monthly reviews and maintain continual oversight of project metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Actively contribute to project specification discussions, offering strategic insights and recommendations to ensure project deliverables are achievable and aligned with business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field, with a minimum of 10 years of high-level project management experience; or a Master's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Current PMP certification is essential.
  • Comprehensive experience in system engineering with substantial leadership responsibilities including cost, schedule, and technical management.
  • A proven track record in leading large-scale, high-stakes projects with demonstrated capability in new technology integration and critical problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communicative acumen, paired with a deep passion for technological innovation and team advancement.
  • Renowned within the industry as a technical authority with extensive practical experience in a variety of development technologies.


Contract Details:

  • 12-month contract with potential for extension based on performance.
