  • Communicate project progress and issues to clients and management through regular updates and reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impacts on project timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget, maintaining accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes and techniques, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
  • Proficient in project management software, including Microsoft Project and other industry-standard tools.
