As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for coordinating across engineering teams to ensure that program requirements are met and providing project development and process improvements across ADP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and interpret program technical information and contractual scope(s)
  • Create, coordinate, and implement project plans
  • Provide strategies, resolve issues, and integrate with external partners, suppliers, and vendors
  • Communicate project progress across various teams
  • Act as the focal interface between program managers, team leads, engineering subject matter experts, suppliers, and program partners on respective contracts within the portfolio of programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related STEM field
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Planning and/or Project Management
  • Experience communicating with multi-disciplined engineering teams
  • Experience working with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be a US citizen and have a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Earned Value Management Experience
  • Experience working with proposals, contracts, and/or process development
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Knowledge of Catia v5 or other equivalent CAD systems
  • Experience with tools such as Teamcenter, DOORS, Cameo, JIRA
  • Experience in Software development using Agile methodology
  • Experience leading virtual teams
