Associate Marketing Manager - Product Launch Specialist

As an Associate Marketing Manager specializing in product launches, you will be integral to the success of our client’s newest offering. This role is a blend of creative strategy and analytical rigor, requiring a candidate who can manage detailed project timelines while also engaging in high-level strategic thinking.

A Day in the Life:

  • Lead Product Launch Strategy: Take charge of our product launch, from initial planning to execution, ensuring every detail aligns with our overarching brand strategy and business goals.
  • Marketing Materials and Assets: Continuously update and refine marketing materials to reflect new messaging, ensuring consistency and coherence across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Market Research: Dive deep into market analysis, understanding our position, identifying opportunities, and keeping a pulse on industry trends and competitor moves.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track the launch's performance, interpreting data to provide actionable insights and comprehensive reports to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Experience in Product Launches: You have demonstrated success in leading or significantly contributing to product launch projects, understanding the nuances and challenges of introducing new products to the market.
  2. Skilled in Analytics and Reporting: Your analytical abilities allow you to interpret data effectively, making informed decisions and providing detailed reports that contribute to strategic planning.
  3. Cross-Functional Teamwork: You've worked with agencies or within cross-functional teams, showcasing your ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and drive collective efforts toward a common goal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for direct experience in product launch campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of leading initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to engage and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to drive decisions and report on performance.
