Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves coordinating various marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, and event planning. The Marketing Coordinator will also assist in market research, data analysis, and reporting to help optimize marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, web).
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence by creating, scheduling, and analyzing content on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing-related activities.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing marketing assets.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.


Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with occasional travel required for industry events and conferences.
  • Flexible working hours may be required to meet the demands of the role.
