Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Paid Media Coordinator to join our Creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign management, and performance analytics. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Assist with the planning, execution, and management of paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Ad Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives and target audience.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies and improve overall campaign performance.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the right demographics and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Staying Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising to ensure the company remains at the forefront of paid media strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital paid media, online advertising, or digital marketing.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising and display networks.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.


Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Experience with budget management and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
