Office Manager

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a well-established financial organization looking for an Office Manager. This person will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
This organization is looking for an Office Manager who will help the firm continue to grow, bring fresh and new ideas, and bring an uplifting personality.
Location: Pasadena, MD 100% on site
Hours: Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: $60k to $80k depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and partners effectively.
- Prepare and send invoices.
- Submit financial documents for client review via DocuSign, Secure Portal, or paper, and ensure all necessary forms are included.
- Process daily payments, run monthly transactions, manage client accounts, and follow up on overdue balances.
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding and oversee benefits enrollment.
- Address IT issues, coordinate with support, and manage website content.
- Assist with marketing strategies.
- Assist with various projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency with office management software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
